About me
May Cheung is currently a piano accompanist and music instructor. Providing individual coaching, tailored towards the need of every student. Specialising in various fields such as piano, violin, music theory, aural training, tackling written examinations and preparing diploma examinations.
Her students range from preschool to adults, providing her with vast experience when dealing with different age groups. Not only does she successfully inspires all of her students to achieve their optimal potential. But also, encourages them to achieve diplomas and graded examinations from ABRSM and Trinity College London.
As a piano accompanist, Cheung has collaborated with various choirs, instrumentalists and vocalists. She continues participating as an accompanist in all kinds of music performances, music festivals, competitions, masterclasses and examinations, including ABRSM and
Trinity College London.
Cheung graduated from the Department of Music at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She studied piano performance with
Mrs. Josephine Wong Cheung Chung Chee and attained Fellowship Diploma (FTCL) in Solo Piano from Trinity College London.
